By submitting payment information through this Site you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any documents incorporated by reference. You further agree that the User Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and this agency, and that this agreement constitutes a written signed agreement by You under any applicable law or regulation. Any rights expressly granted herein are reserved by this agency. By submitting this Authorization form you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment plan you have created and apply your electronic signature.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that the third- party merchant processor for this payment will be EZ-Ticket-Pay.com dba Aberdeen Enterprizes II, Inc., and acknowledge that a convivence fee has been added to the cost of the ticket.

All Payments are Final.

You herby acknowledge and agree that this is a payment for a Court ordered related charge that can in no way be disputed, charged back, refunded, or recalled. Should this charge be disputed by the cardholder without authority, you acknowledge and agree that you could be subject to criminal penalties, including but not limited to jail time and additional fines.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that by making this payment you are submitting a plea of Nolo Contendere on the cases attached.

Refunds

If after making your payment you wish to go to Court, you will need to contact the Court Clerk and request to be added back to your original docket date. After your Court Hearing the Judge will instruct the Clerk to refund all, some or none of the citation amount minus the service fee.

Note: If you are paying a citation after your court or appearance date, the court may have already sent notice of your failure to appear in court to the relevant department of driver’s services and additional steps may be required to release your license.
